Our Chef teaches you step by step how to make a delicious starter antipasto, a primo piatto first course (homemade pasta or risotto or a vegetable soup) as well as a delicious dessert.


Our cooking classes have the mission of providing a food education and cooking education for anyone.

• The 3-4 hours hands-on (not a demonstration) cooking class covers authentic, traditional Italian Regional recipes using fresh, organic and natural ingredients from the daily farm market;

• Farm to Table;

• A cooking class instructor and chef (speaking English fluently) and a sous-chef

• 3-4 Recipes in English;

• The famous beef Bresaola (a real food excellence of Lombardy - a typical cold cuts of Valtellina) served on arugula, DOP Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, DOP Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

• A creamy DOP Burrata cheese (a stretched-curd mozzarella cheese from Puglia region with a very soft and creamy filling) with Arugula, Parmigiano reggiano cheese and baby tomatoes

• The famous Egg Frittata with Zucchini

• Chickpea Farinata Tart

• Torta al testo (homemade bread made typical in Umbria region, made a circular heavy cast iron pan placed over the cooktop - served with greens and pork sausages or with a local organic Veneto's delicious pork salami called Soppressa or with the cream cheese Stracchino or Robiola and Prosciutto.
