Our Gourmet Recipes
The menu ranges from sourdough focaccia with gourmet toppings, lemon and cream sauce, to ravioli with butter and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese aged 2 years, to homemade spaghetti with cured guanciale, organic extra virgin olive oil and aged Pecorino Romano DOP cheese, and much more.
All perfectly paired with DOCG Italian wines.
Desserts range from the timeless tiramisu, to the more refined hazelnut or postachio panna cotta, to creamy homemade gelato from scratch.
Anyway the menu does frequently change to reflect the best products from the food market and the seasonal menus ensure that there is always something new to try.
