This is for YOU: By booking a Mama Isa's cooking class, you agree to accept these conditions and terms.
Mama Isa provides all fresh ingredients, knives, utensils, or aprons and other equipment. Mama Isa agrees to be responsible for the safety and health of her own equipment used during her cooking classes. She will not be absolutely responsible for any accidental damage at her home or resulting from your actions or your omissions during her cooking classes..
Attending the class to ensure that our cooking class runs smoothly, please treat the booking as you would a theatre ticket and turn up on time for the beginning of the class. We kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your class as we will be preparing for your class until this time.
Start time: Classes run by Mama Isa's Cooking School will start on time. We advise students to arrive 10 minutes early to minimise the chance of missing any of their lesson time. If a student is late for a class, it is their responsibility to catch up with the rest of the class and minimise disruption.
Mama Isa asks you to wear appropriate clothing for all Mama Isa's cooking classes. At Mama Isa's home during her cooking classes is strictly forbidden to smoke, but you can smoke on terrace.
One last thing: Shoe étiquette
It's customary to remove our street shoes before entering a home. The shoes are removed to keep the house clean and in order to be more comfortable and relaxed.
So the only shoes we wear at home are slippers.
We would be grateful if you will remove your street shoes upon entering a home. We can provide some house slippers or you can bring some house slippers or socks.
Think about investing in some new socks or in some comfortable house slippers!

Isa highly advises you to purchase travel insurance in the case of illness, emergency, etcetera which Mama Isa is not responsible for covering.

When a booking is confirmed for one or two people or more people, it does not guarantee a private cooking class, only that you will have a guaranteed space in that cooking class.
