Our Venetian Recipes

Enjoy and learn how to make the excellent quality of Venetian cuisine: "better late than never!"

We are so proud of our exceptionality of our gastronomic heritage!

Venetian cuisine is one of the Italy's most varied and delicious.

Two aspects converge to give Venetian cuisine an uniqueness that few other enjoy.

The first aspect is Venice's huge biodiversity with a remarkable assortment of fresh and unique ingredients.

Vegetables and fruits from the Pianura Padana and from a few Venetian islands (S. Erasmo island). Local cheeses and cured meats from Veneto region, wines from Colli Euganei, seafood from the Adriatic sea..... a chef's only problem is the large abundance of choice!

Our chef Isa does what she loves and sharing it with others!

We hope you’ll come join us in Italy to cook in our kitchen, enjoy meals around our table, and experience this beautiful region we call home through a cook’s view.

Below are sample PASTA SAUCE sequences, but you can choose which sauce you would like to include on your menu.

1- first option : VENETIAN HOMEMADE PASTA and SAUCE CLASS; it lasts 2 hrs. During the class you can learn: homemade pasta from scratch with a delicious sauce from scratch

 

 

2- second option : THE SPECIAL VENETIAN COOKING CLASS: it lasts 3 hrs. During the class you can learn: aperitivo, primo piatto egg pasta from scratch, dessert.

Below are sample meal sequences, but you can choose which homemade pasta and which dessert you would like to include on your menu.

 

 

3- third option : SOURDOUGH FOCACCIA or SOURDOUGH PIZZA IN A PAN and HOMEMADE EGG PASTA WITH A SAUCE CLASS: it lasts 3 hrs. During the class you can learn: sourdough focaccia or sourdough pizza in a pan topped with gourmet ingredients, primo piatto egg pasta from scratch, and a sauce.

 

 

4- fourth option : THE COMPLETE GOURMET VENETIAN COOKING CLASS: (how to make a real gourmet meal in Venetian style with seafood or with meat); it lasts 4-5 hours. During the class you can learn how to make: aperitivo, primo piatto, secondo piatto, dolce.

Below are sample full meal sequences, but you can choose which PRIMO PIATTO, which SECONDO PIATTO (or fish, or meat or veggie dish) and which DESSERT you would like to include on your menu.
